Vision
As we were waiting for the right timing, EuroHomes' vision and platform increased a great deal. Besides the initial Production Center in Augusta County, Virginia, three more production sites have been offered in exceptional locations ("Enterprise Zones"). With the blessing from the Commonwealth, this will be the first housing production of its kind in America, with the capacity to build 500-2,500 custom homes per year at each production center.
EuroHomes' location in Augusta County will also become the hub for "Optimal Living," a future R&D development region, where manufacturers from different countries, solely focused on an optimal living standard, will occupy this dedicated area.
