We will build all of our custom home components in a EuroHomes Production Center six days/week. As a standard, the off-site construction of a mid range home will take 1/2-1 day. It will consist of a 2 x 6 exterior closed wall system, including environmentally safe insulation (R26-R38, with minimal risk of mold and fire), with "breathable" fiberboards, vapor barriers, mechanical ducts, drywalls, triple pane windows and insulated doors. Also included are interior walls, the flooring and roofing systems and the choice of exterior treatment (wood, vinyl, fiber-cement, brick or stucco). Some of these details could be exchanged, per the homeowner's request.
